Ministry of Commerce: Continue to impose anti-dumping duties on imported electrolytic capacitor paper originating from Japan. The implementation period is five years.

Based on the investigation results, the Ministry of Commerce submitted a proposal to the State Council’s Tariff and Customs Commission to continue implementing anti-dumping measures. The State Council’s Tariff and Customs Commission made a decision based on the proposal from the Ministry of Commerce. Starting from April 18, 2025, anti-dumping duties will be imposed on imported electrolytic capacitor paper originating from Japan. The implementation period will be five years.
